 Hospice West Auckland provides specialist palliative care and support to West Aucklanders in their own homes, during terminal or life-threatening illness. 

Our unique blend of care services extends to families/whanau and caregivers, and we offer holistic support both here (on-site) and in the home. Our assistance is practical, physical, emotional and spiritual.
